We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive HR Manager who can independently Manage hiring, coordination, and Team building. This role is ideal for individuals who want real responsibility, fast learning, and Growth in a startup environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Hire BDE professionals, interns, and entry-level Team members
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with Business & Marketing Teams for manpower planning
Manage intern hiring drives and performance tracking
Maintain HR data, reports, and hiring dashboards
Use AI tools for resume screening, communication, and productivity
Ensure smooth onboarding and basic HR documentation
Build a strong, motivated, and performance-driven Team culture
🧠 Required Skills & Qualities
Self-driven & self-motivated mindset
Strong communication & coordination skills
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Multitasking and time-Management skills
Basic understanding of recruitment & HR operations
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, ATS tools, Google Workspace, etc.)
Proactive problem-solver with ownership attitude
🎓 Eligibility
Fresher or up to 2 years of HR / recruitment experience
MBA / PGDM / Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
