🔑 Key Responsibilities

Hire Travel Professionals to be part of our 3 Network as Sole Member in their City

• Hire BDE Professionals, TeleCallers, Interns, and entry-level Team Members
  
  

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  
  

• Coordinate with Business & Marketing Teams for manpower planning
  
  

• Manage Intern hiring drives and performance tracking
  
  

• Maintain HR data, reports, and hiring dashboards
  
  

• Use AI tools for resume screening, communication, and productivity
  
  

• Ensure smooth onboarding and basic HR documentation
  
  

• Build a strong, motivated, and performance-driven Team culture

• Strong communication & coordination skills
  
  

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
