🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Self-motivated and proactive HR Manager who can independently Manage hiring, coordination, and Team building. This role is ideal for individuals who want real responsibility, fast learning, and Growth in a startup environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Hire BDE Professionals, Management Interns, and entry-level Team Members

• Hire country partners in remaining countries.

• Hire Telecaller for our PAN-Car Taxi operator Network project. 

• Do Team building and Team Management.

• Onboard Taxi Operators for our PAN-India Car Taxi operator Network project. 

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Coordinate with Business & Marketing Teams for manpower planning

• Manage Intern hiring drives and performance tracking

• Use AI Tools for resume screening, communication, and productivity

• 
  

• Ensure smooth onboarding and basic HR documentation

• Build a strong, motivated, and performance-driven Team culture

• Directly report to  HR Head and CEO
