The Role
We are not looking for a traditional employee; we are seeking a Business Leader and Country Partner to spearhead our expansion. As the Project Director, you will be the face of the brand in your region. You will own the strategy for our flagship portfolios and lead the transition from a Pan-India foundation to a presence in 146 countries.
Core Objectives
Strategic Expansion:
Scale operations globally, identifying and securing growth opportunities.
Digital Authority:
Execute high-level Social Media Marketing (SMM) to ensure daily brand dominance across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Network Partnership:
Onboard, vet, and manage city-specific operators to solidify our monopoly growth model.
Operational Excellence:
Lead and mentor a high-performance, remote workforce by example.
Key Responsibilities
Global Business Development:
Identify and onboard premier taxi, tour, and travel partners across major cities.
Lead Generation:
Drive aggressive daily promotions and digital marketing campaigns to capture both supply-side partners and B2B/B2C demand.
Remote Team Management:
Oversee a global team of remote professionals, fostering accountability and a high-energy work culture.
Brand Stewardship:
Act as the primary liaison for Country Partners, ensuring all local operations align with global brand standards and SOPs.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the CEO and global leadership to refine business models and optimize SEO/marketing strategies.

Prior experience or a deep interest in Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, or Aviation is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Tourism preferred).
Experience:
0 to 2 years (Freshers with high leadership potential are encouraged to apply).
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills (SEO, SMM, Lead Gen).
Mindset:
Ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
