The Pan India Car Taxi Network is a large-scale, multi-city mobility project focused on onboarding, training, and supporting Taxi & tour Operators across India. This is not a routine HR role—it’s a dynamic, project-driven opportunity where HR meets Operations, training, coordination, and innovation.
We are also expanding into multiple New verticals, and selected candidates will get early exposure to upcoming projects.

🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for Entry-Level HR Executives with a highly diversified, creative, and open mindset. This role goes far beyond traditional recruitment and basic HR work.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
🔹 HR & Project Operations
Understand the Pan India Car Taxi Network project in detail
Support onboarding of Taxi & tour Operators across India
Coordinate and assist in recruitment, onboarding and training sessions
Handle Car Taxi Operator onboarding documentation & process flow
🔹 Talent & Team Coordination
Assist in hiring telecallers and support staff
Coordinate between internal teams and project stakeholders
Support day-to-day HR Operations & people coordination
🔹 Training & Engagement
Assist in planning and executing training sessions
Help in creating basic training material & communication drafts
Support onboarding programs for New team members
🔹 Tools, AI & Process Support
Work with HR tools, internal dashboards, and AI-assisted systems
Assist in managing project data, records, and workflows
Adapt quickly to New tools, systems, and working styles
🔹 Expansion Projects
Be part of New vertical launches under Asiatic International Corp
Support HR and Operational tasks across multiple projects as they grow
🧠 Required Skill Set
Strong communication Skills (verbal & written)
Good soft Skills & interpersonal abilities
Basic understanding of HR fundamentals
Willingness to learn and explore multiple HR verticals
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Creative, proactive, and open-minded approach to work
Comfortable working with technology and AI tools (training will be provided)
🎓 Experience Criteria
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Internship experience in HR is acceptable
No full-time work experience required
