SpiceJet Ltd has decided to send All Pilots   / AMEs / Ground Staffers  on a Leave Without Pay [ LWP] on a Rotational Basis, Management said on Monday amid flight services remaining suspended till further Notice.
This arrangement would be in place for the Three to Six Months, and may be extended further.
The sources also told Flying-Crews.com  that the salary for March / April is likely to be paid to Only those  Pilots   / AMEs / Ground Staffers for the days they were On Duty, No Pay for Non Duty days. 
SpiceJet Ltd's Commercial Flights remain suspended since March 30 due to the Nationwide Lockdown to curb the spreading of CoronaVirus Infections. In India, the Lockdown period has been extended till May 3. 2020 and may extend furthermore. 

Ministry of Civil Aviation on Saturday clarified that no decision has been taken to open any Domestic Or International operations. 
Airlines are advised NOT to open their Ticket Bookings and Restart only after a decision in this regard has been taken by the Indian Government, tweeted Union Minister for Civil Aviation of India, Mr Hardeep Singh Puri.
Indian P M Mr Narendra Modi announced a 21-Days  National lockdown in late March 21  to contain the spread of the virus outbreak. The lockdown has been extended until 3rd May  2020 at least. SpiceJet is checking with the government if the SpiceJet  can continue sale of Air Tickets for travel after the national lockdown ends on May 3, the report added. But No Reply so far.
